The SyncMate + Zapier integration adds WhatsApp as an action inside any Zap. When a trigger fires in a connected app, the “Send WhatsApp Message via SyncMate” action sends a message, with optional media, to a person, group or channel. It can send from your own number or the official Cloud API.

Zapier is a no-code automation platform that links over 9,000 web apps. A Zap watches for a trigger in one app and runs an action in another, with no developer needed.

You add SyncMate as an action step in Zapier’s editor, so setup is no-code end to end. Your own number needs no Meta verification, but it isn’t the official API and carries account risk. Connect the official WhatsApp Cloud API when you need a verified business identity.

Step 4 — Map Your Trigger and Message Fields

Enter the recipient’s phone number or a group ID, then map trigger data into the message: name, order number, total, tracking link. You can add media too.

Yes. Add them in the action's media field. The size limit is 2 MB on Personal, 4 MB on Professional and 8 MB on Business.

Can my WhatsApp number get banned?
