In this guide we are going to see how to use SyncMate X Shopify Application .

Step 1
Go to Shopify App Store and install SyncMate by Assistro app.

Step 2
Go to Assistro products page and select any product that you wish to use.  If you are a new user, then you need to signup first at Assistro Singup.

Step 3
First of all, you will need to add configuration for WhatsApp API, or go to Configuration guide.

Step 4
Now go to integrations page and select Shopify Application.

Step 5
Create an application by clicking on Add Application button.

Step 6
Fill the required details and submit the form.

Step  7
Once your application is created, click on options and find settings in the menu.

Step 8
Go to settings page and copy the token.

Step 9
Now go back to your Shopify application and paste the token in the jwt token field.

Step 10
Create your message templates  using dynamic tags and Submit the form.

Step 11
After submitting the form, you will see the toggles for each feature. Turn the toggle on for the feature you need.

Step 12
Now, create an order on Shopify Store to test the application.

Step 13
That’s it , now the order notification along with the invoice will be sent on WhatsApp to the customer.
