Open WhatsApp Web in your browser.
Step 2: #
Select the chat of the contact for whom you’d like to create a note.
Step 3: #
In the right-hand sidebar, locate the green icons and click the “Create Note” icon.
Step 4: #
Fill out the form with the necessary details, then click Submit.
Step 5: #
Log in to your HubSpot account, open the contact record, and you’ll see the note added automatically.
