Missing Country Code (Most Common):

SyncMate requires phone numbers with the country code included (e.g.,
15551234567for US,919876543210for India). -
Do not use
0at the start. -
Fix: Check your contact list or API payload and ensure the country code is attached to the number.

WhatsApp Disconnected:

Since SyncMate works by linking to your WhatsApp, your WhatsApp must have an active connection with SyncMate for messages to go out.

Session Expired:

Sometimes the linked session expires for security reasons. Go to the your Assistro account > Configuration > scan the QR code again to refresh your WhatsApp connection.
